Who we are
Halvik (halvikco.com) is operated by Eduardo Orefice, Bauru, São Paulo, Brazil. Contact: support@halvikco.com. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
What we collect
- Order data: name, email, shipping address, phone (if given) and what you ordered.
- Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Website data: only if you accept cookies, the Meta Pixel collects information about your visit (pages viewed, checkout started, purchases) to measure and improve our ads.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
Why we use it (legal basis)
- To process and deliver your order and handle returns (performance of a contract).
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
- To measure our advertising with the Meta Pixel (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Who we share it with
- Stripe – payment processing.
- Our fulfilment partner and carriers – to pack and deliver your order (name, address, phone).
- Meta Platforms – advertising measurement, only with your consent.
- Cloudflare – website hosting.
Some of these providers process data outside the EU (for example in the United States, Brazil or China). Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as required by tax law (usually up to 10 years). Other data is deleted when no longer needed.
Cookies
We only use non-essential cookies (the Meta Pixel) if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you click "Decline", no advertising cookies are set. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will appear again.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@halvikco.com. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
