30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your wallet, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Your legal right of withdrawal (EU)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send us a clear statement (for example an email to support@halvikco.com) with your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required. Our 30-day guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your legal rights.

How to return

• Email support@halvikco.com with your order number and the reason for the return (optional).
• We will reply with the return address and instructions within 2 business days.
• Send the item back unused, in its original condition, within 14 days of telling us you want to return it.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the cost of sending the item back. If the item arrived faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover the return costs or send a free replacement, and you don't need to send it back if the defect is clear from photos.

Refunds

We refund the product price and any original delivery cost to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof that you sent it back). You will receive an email when your refund is processed.

Faulty or damaged items

If your wallet arrives damaged or develops a defect, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. EU consumers also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years.
