These terms apply to purchases from halvikco.com ("Halvik"), operated by Eduardo Orefice, Bauru, São Paulo, Brazil. Contact: support@halvikco.com.

Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing error occurred; if so, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping is free to the countries listed in our shipping policy. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods shown).

Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are described in our shipping policy. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered.

Returns and withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal and our 30-day money-back guarantee are described in our returns policy.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different on screen. Both styles (Carbon and Classic) use PU (vegan) leather; they are not genuine leather.

Legal guarantee

If you are a consumer in the EU, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under the law of your country. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence and as required by mandatory consumer law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product.

Disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to solve any issue. EU consumers may also use their local consumer protection bodies. These terms do not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
